The media is exhausting. Providing context is literally part of journalism. But they love to put that shit behind a paywall with article titles like "What the Supreme Court Border Ruling REALLY Means".
At some point, it will probably go that route. For now, I'm guessing that its more about giving Border Patrol authority to do things without needing to ask anybody.
