If you wanna go deeper, HIV/AIDS was a USA lab leak.
How is it that the first person to die of HIV/AIDS got it in St Louis in the late 1960’s and died in 1969?
          https://wikiless.org/wiki/History_of_HIV/AIDS#1969:_Robert_Rayford
Supposedly the “patient zero” flight attendant brought it over to NYC in 1983.

          https://sites.google.com/antioch.edu/iatrogenic-timeline/home
Above link has a timeline of events of experiments with apes developing hep-b vaccines. They specifically sought out “subnormal” people to experiment on, taking a hep-b vaccine developed in chimpanzees and injecting gay men with it starting in 1973. And that is what is officially known. All taking place in New York.

Studying blood draws from the gay medical Guinea pigs, they found HIV as early as 1979. Still no explanation for how it got to Robert Rayford in St Louis in the 60’s. He supposedly never travelled far from the city.

You should really read the whole thing if you have the time

There's just too much circumstantial evidence. It was definitely in the US before China, with something related to it possibly being around as early as June 2019.

It's possible, of course, but the evidence should probably be more than "covid was first found in a place that was actively researching and looking for viruses like covid".

China was accused of responding slowly and covering up the extent of the outbreak, before it locked down the entire city of Wuhan and surrounding areas in the first of a series of draconian measures labeled “zero-COVID” which continue today as much of the rest of the world is opening up again.

China bad for not locking down soon enough, but also China bad for locking down at all.

they didn't even cover anything up. they literally sequenced the genetics and sent it to everyone within a WEEK of finding out covid was a thing. they were lightning fast. it took them about a week to determine that covid could be capable of sustained human to human transmission and that one week is where the "china covered it up" claims come from. you seriously think that any western country could act faster? (rhetorical question)

I think it would take the US at least a half year IMO to do what China did in 2 weeks.

It was in the US for three months at least before they found the first case, and they only found it because they knew what to look for.

What really gets me about the "China dropped the ball" narrative is that COVID-19 looks an awful lot like a cold or flu and started appearing during cold and flu season.

surprised they even included the mention of Ft Detrick in the article quotes, are they that confident of the ability to pull the wool?

It's probably just a tit for tat rebuttal. "Oh yeah well maybe your not exactly secret bioweapons research facility did it!"

Also didn't it turn out that Covid was possibly in Italy like a month before the Wuhan outbreak? I remember that being discussed before i gave up and retreated in to a shell of video games and denial.

        It depends on how far you want to D E S C E N D.

The earliest reported cases and the declaration of the pandemic in China occurred on December 1, 2019. China was set as the origin of the pandemic for discovering it first. The US first case was January 19, 2020 and declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020.

However, a NIH analysis of blood donations collected in US during Q1 2020 detected COVID antibodies in the blood dating back to early January. Accounting for the ~2 weeks it takes for COVID antibodies to be detectable, that puts the earliest case in the US around December 19, 2020. Positive cases were detected in five states: Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

An additional govt analysis of more blood donations taken between December 13 2019 to January 17 2020 in 9 states (California, Connecticut, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, and Wisconsin) showed COVID antibodies in all 9 states during that period. Factoring in the detectable antibody period of 2 weeks, you have cases in all regions of the US at least as early as the first identified case in China and almost certainly earlier unless everyone that had COVID spontaneously donated blood at the same time.

I say all this to just point out that no one knows where the shit started...

... even though it was clearly Fort Detrick :sus:

The general public will go along with anything reported by the "good" sources.

I found this article https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/intelligence-report-warned-coronavirus-crisis-early-november-sources/story?id=70031273 and this very anticommunist article https://nypost.com/2021/09/14/chinese-defector-warned-us-intelligence-of-covid-19-in-2019/ that indirectly hints at the lab leak theory several times, spends more time talking about 'muh evil seeseepee' than the CIA, and plugs a Chinese defectors new book about how evil China is

i think the china trade deal negotiations are going badly, which is why they're doing another round of propaganda. the US needs China to reduce their inflation

He also reiterated calls for an investigation into “highly suspicious laboratories such as Fort Detrick and the University of North Carolina” in the United States where China has suggested, without evidence, that the U.S. was developing the coronavirus as a bioweapon.

    Lolz. Lmao, even.
