Shaming people into voting for a genocidal liar is not democracy or freedom.

Reject electoralism, embrace revolution.

They hate being in power. They have to do work, everyone complains, and the fundraising dries up.

The ideal situation for democrats is losing elections.

They get to concede gracefully and then claim the moral high ground without anybody expecting them to do anything.

And then fundraise by saying they would totally be better on all these issues if they were just in power, please nobody bring up what they did last time they had power.

This is what I say to libs. DEMOCRATS are the ones who are risking it all because they're stuck trying to win back the "white working class" blue dogs than appeal to a growing progressive movement. I said it before, but now is a good time to begin calling the bluffs of your lib friends. They probably swear up and down they are progressive people, they believe rightoid lies that we are a tiny fringe and we need to keep moving more and more to the right so we can be non-threatening to the normies. Look at all the union victories for example (there's your working class). They should stop worrying about what republicans think, and start worrying what non-voters think, and even then, stop imagining the working class non-voter as grillman who will run crying to the GOP at any given opportunity.

For American libs thats a serious challenge. They think petty boug are working class if they drive a pick up truck

Ironically, if the Democrats lose it’ll probably be Biden’s fault for not appealing to non-voters.

Always curious to see the vote-share of the party in power fade away, as history of the rival administration slips down the memory hole.

Its almost as though these guys aren't actually delivering anything productive or beneficial to the public at-large. They just exist as tulpas of the romanticized past - Republicans of America's unquestionable global hegemony and Democrats of our briefly socialized and planned economy - held up as fetish-wards against the reality of a chronically dysfunctional and incongruent modern government.

How exactly is Biden supposed to appeal to voters, anyway? He's a creature of the insurance industry and of Wall Street, jumped all the way up into the highest echelons of power in a time when these industries don't need anyone to protect them. All he knows how to do is pop pills, smoke Hunter's weed, lay around, bomb brown people, get new veneers, suck jill's clit, take selfies, talk shit on Twitter, eat hot chips, and lie.

It'll be his fault for explicitly telling his base to fuck off.

He has actively worked to alienate anybody who gives a shit about: unions, the environment, Trans rights, abortion, or not doing genocide.

Which leaves him with a voting block of chuds who think he's the communist antichrist.

Why would it be ironic? Not trying to get votes leads to not getting them generally. Seems like the expected outcome.

I'd say the problem lies more with people propping up Biden to be president for at least a day than he should rather than Biden himself though.

    Yup

Biden could stop sending aid to Isreal today and win the election by 10 points.

The fact he's not doing it is him explicitly saying he cares more about doing a genocide than winning the election.

I'm not voting for anybody carrying out a genocide, if that's too high a bar for the democratic nominee to clear, that is exclusively the democrats problem not mine.

Someone pointed out recently that Biden is probably still resentful of Obama telling him not to run in 2016 to let Hillary have a turn, and ever since then I can only imagine Biden as a petulant child that refuses to eat his vegetables.

I swear to God our government is just a nursing home full of dementia patients who think they're still in high school.

Which is deeply unfortunate for most of us.

Wanna know who wrote the Crime Bill?

Wanna know who crossed the isle to help kill desegregation bussing (which was a genuinely good thing when it existed)?

Wanna know who wanted to build the wall back in 06 (and is building it now)?

Not to mention countless other acts of cruelty, small and large.

Damn near everyone on planet earth would be better off if he'd been the one in the car, not his wife, when she had that fatal accident.

        Dont leave out these bangers:

Pounded the table to invade Iraq

          Stopped freezing student loan debt

          Eulogized Strom Thurmond

I don't even have to look these up; I'm starting to think this Biden guy might fucking suck

You’re right, when Biden bravely stood up against the evils of desegregating schools I was just a twinkle in my father’s eye.

When Biden was passing the racist crime bill, building the most oppressive carceral system on the planet, I was just learning to ride a bike.

And when Biden bravely stood for the invasion of Iraq, I was but a young lad, learning to drive.

Clearly, with such service, I am the asshole for never wanting to vote for him as he purposely aids a genocide I get to watch in real time.

Eat my entire ass you diabolical dipshit.

      Nobody is owed votes.

You win elections by convincing people to support you not by lecturing them that if you lose because you ran a shitty campaign its their fault.

It must be difficult for you to go this long without ever being able to relate to other people and to feel isolated because the smugness and blithe cruelty you exude prevents you from forming meaningful relationships
