The only benefit of salaried is you typically don't have to punch the clock so time theft is easy as hell but every other part sucks. I get flown around the country all the time and the team I work with is hourly and gets OT for every hour they are out of state past 40 a week, be that when they are working or when we are getting plastered at the hotel bar.
