"If you're just sitting in your pajamas in your bedroom, is that the work life you want to live?"

Is that, like, a rhetorical question?

Gladwell called himself "someone who writes in coffee shops for a living," while saying that "everyone hates the kind of people who write in coffee shops."

I knew I was right to notice that his name vaguely sounds like a corruption of Ghislaine Maxwell

“If you’re just sitting in your pajamas in your bedroom, is that the work life you want to live?”

Yes I've tried it and it owns, way less stressful, less work for the same pay and no commute

Either I'm commuting during my working hours or they're going to pay me for time spent commuting or I'm going to work remote. I wouldn't be commuting during rush hour except for work, so pay me or don't complain when I roll out of bed at 8.

The ruling class spent decades making office life as alienating as possible, so much so that the moment people had a short reprieve from it they immediately realized how much better off they were. Now they have the audacity to say that THIS is no way to live? Get absolutely fucked.

I'm so tired of this motherfucker.

Let's say I had a billion dollars. If I wanted an office I'd buy an office. But I don't. Because I want a home you stupid fuck. If work output stays the same then why the fuck does it matter.

Why does capital offshore production and hire local management and labor?

BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO FUCKING GO THERE

I used to hook up with a guy that recommended a Malcom Gladwell book to me. I listened to 2 total because something about Gladwell was off to me and I wanted to try again. Then I told the guy Gladwell was meh and we haven't talked since.

I remember a girl I knew in college who insisted "Blink" was the coolest book ever written. Like, it didn't end the friendship, but she definitely decided I was the dumb-dumb.
