I'm sure it will be very hard-hitting and Leftist

Has this interview already been recorded? If not she has a crossroad here: get dunked on by everyone on the left and become utterly irrelevant, or bring a secret recording device and ambush her

I know which one it's gonna be, I'm just sayin

      become utterly irrelevant

Wishful thinking lol. Contrapoints will only become more useful for the DNC crowd that needs someone to straddle a certain line, but still have that veneer of leftism. Ex 4chan user turned trans that is "converting" reactionaries has incredible use value

If there’s one thing she’s good at, it’s explaining internet reactionaries to libs

Yeah. Also had a YT channel that was banned for bigotry and racism. Definitely has come a long way since that, so I don't think it's useful to see her in that light. But there's still a tinge of reactionary thought underneath all the beautifully done set pieces

People can fail at that. Can't underestimate the ability of the right wing of the Democratic party to get more transphobic

I see this as an attempt to shed the shackles of any kind of leftist credibility in an attempt to break into the mainstream.

I'll admit to it. I watched a decent amount of breadtube videos when I was bored at work. I don't know what drove me leftward away from breadtube but it does happen

there's breadtube and then there's breadtube and i don't always know what people mean anymore.

No, I think I know what you mean. Technically v*ush is breadtube. The radlib aesthetic and hating the government is a popular sentiment. Everyone hates the government, it's easy. It seems like if people are willing to dig beyond the surface of why the government sucks is when they'll move on

yeah I really don't even think of that shithead as part of it. shaun and even old contrapoints are critical of imperialism in a way that he absolutely is not. I got onto actual leftists pretty quick I guess.
