        The Deprogram

Not funny or light but Ghost Stories for the end of the World

There's no such thing as a fish is pretty funny. It's just goofy little known facts being discussed by some pretty funny people.

Kill James Bond is pretty good, they covered all the Bond movies and have now moved other spy and spy-adjacent films

QAnon Anonymous is great for deep dives into various weird cults and conspiracy theorists

Radio War Nerd has a ton of great history content (but it might not entirely fit in with the "funny and light" part). The various series with guest Annibale are some of my favorites - there's the Italian Years of Lead, the Hundred Years War, the Italian Wars, tons of cool stuff. There's also the Carl Zha guest episodes about Chinese history.

not really funny but light enough for workouts: The Age of Napoleon is great if you're interested in the Napoleonic era

We Hate Movies is one of my favorites

Just four fat New York guys making fun of movies

When I was listening Will certainly seemed pointless until I listened to a Will-less episode and then I understood that he was the most necessary member of Chapo

Also Sean KB from the Antifada was a professor too for a little bit

Without Will it's two guys who are bad at social cues riffing, sometimes poorly, and failing to introduce guests and topics with any sort of respect. Nothing wrong with social glue
