Change my view
I will not accept anyone trying to change my view
Brain genius right here
Not to mention...if you feel you have to preface your argument with "aCtUaLlY, i HaVe A dEgReE", you already know that your argument will be met with scorn and are trying to get ahead of it by inserting your 'credentials'
Here's my brilliant solution to "fascism:" genocide/risking worldwide annihilation, colonialism, and re-education! Totally different, and totally something you can trust the U.S. with!
Before you instantly dismiss my view because of the title, let me start out by saying that I have a political science degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law
"I graduated from one of Canada's Top Business Universities with really good grades"
So please no "well America is bad too" comments.
Please do not deboonk my argument i have a jd those are the rules
So please, no "my client is innocent" arguments
I'm sure that stacks up in court.
That is the power of the law degree from the Layola University Chicago School of Law.
Brave redditors posting sinophobia on reddit to thunderous applause.
So you have to disprove that China is the largest and most powerful fascist state but you can't talk about the actual most powerful fascist state being "bad"? Very cool.
Idk about that. Political science is just regurgitating propaganda. Economics at least involves math.
PoliSci : Economics :: Regurgitating propaganda : regurgitating propagand * with numbers*
Really hate those types who flaunt their degrees to imply that they're inherently more intelligent than you.
I have these propaganda degrees, so I'm not completely talking out of my ass, I'm also partially talking out of someone else's ass.
If you read 2 books by Lenin [or your preferred anarchist thinker] you know 90% more than most poli Sci grads I've seen.
Congrats on our honorary degrees, comrades!
If I had interpreted my college polisci courses uncritically I think I might've had a worse understanding of politics than if I'd taken none at all
Except that one collective action class where I got to write about the 1954 coup in Guatemala, that shit rocked and I really grew as a person
history classes in general have a higher rate of hits for me personally
I feel like all of the professors who actually understand political science teach history instead. All of my history professors were great - especially the one who taught Soviet history.
I want one so I can have an air of legitimacy for libs who still think those things mean anything
That's basically why I got one, that and the surprised look people get when they see "doctor lastname" on a guest list and then a punk butch lesbian shows up.
Torch your social life and get a scholarship. There are a number of PHD programs that will actually pay you rather than the other way around. There are no shortcuts to the actual process itself, just no life that shit for 3 or 4 years and do nothing else with your time
