Also he has had repeated covid infections. Four? The most recent one was September 22, 2021?
Did I make any mistakes? Am I missing anything? I should have used a far better source instead of that stupid tweet thread.
A significant amount of "good health" is determined by factors outside your control - the political-economy and your place in it, genetics, the lived environment, what is allowed in your food, etc. What you do control is the stuff you're doing and it still has a big impact, keep up the healthy habits and don't fret over having to take things a little easy after an injury.
