By the way, in case anyone misses it: the bottom of her own graph explains the yellow line isn't even what climate scientists agree on what is necessary, it is only what the Biden campaign claimed they were going to achieve. The actual climate goals set by any committee of experts you can find is actually much lower.

So this graph tells you 1) Biden didn't plan on doing anything worthwhile, and 2) he was lying about it anyways.

Lol, that's even worse than I thought. Has Jill Stein replied with an edited image of what her plan would do?

Edit: she retweeted this, close enough: https://x.com/People4AGrnMvmt/status/1782512714952114189

How deranged are american politics that you can post a picture of both candidates doing absolutely nothing and then go "you should vote for the person doing less nothing, smh".

That is essentially their pitch for every policy, so it makes sense they’d do it here too.

      Good ol 99% Hitler.

The fine print too. Saying that everyone's future depends on "economic growth, as well as costs for low-carbon technology and fossils fuels" doesn't inspire much confidence in Biden's plans. Just more neoliberal bullshit.

Step one: take previously promised goal step two: take republican's goal step three: split the difference each election cycle

Jesus Christ, Biden's line is concave the wrong fucking direction. How is that supposed to fix anything?

Lmao i love how liberal democracy can't even promise anything more than "we will be tiny bit better than the other guy who is literally Hitler and we won't oppose him nor his party".

I searched the link and nothing came up, so if someone removes this, it means the mods are Anarcho-Bidenists.

People who still vote shame over not supporting Biden, how to you justify his response to climate change? Reducing emissions is the bare minimum and doesn't undo the damage that has been done.

Would you have a problem if he jailed every oil exec and coal baron? What do you think Biden should do instead?

They don't actually care about emissions, just about their sports team being in charge and being unquestioned
