Unfortunately a bunch of news articles about this are saying he somehow survived with minor injuries.

I don't believe that for a second, there's literal blood mist in the air after the explosion

Frankly I think he's dead or in an ICU at the least, it's not like the media would follow up on the assertion made by Israeli occupation forces

that's mainly dirt, dust, and probably some still-igniting explosive powder being kicked up. The explosive force required to make a blood mist wouldn't make a blood mist as the heat and force of said explosion would instead make a meat shower.

Can anyone translate what is being said in the video?

At best, the videographer seems pretty nonplussed.

"We went to take down this ugly rag of a country that doesn't exist. It's disgusting they live among us. It's unbelievable."

That's a very, VERY rough translation. What was said after the hamas-red-triangle moment, I have no idea.

        Least fascist Israeli.

If only the car could have been blown up too.

I saw other people say it looked like a gunpowder explosion, here’s hoping he got burned balls at least.

I call any small explosives intended for anti-personnel purposes with enough powder to incapacitate and/or maim "toe poppers", instead of the actual u.s m14 landmine. It comes from military vernacular.

So you think the red was dust? There’s a part of me hoping it was mist, but that really didn’t seem large enough.

the explosive device was most likely planted under a certain amount of dirt with the mechanism to fire it attached to the flag so that if it was pulled, or kicked in this case, it would trigger it. You'd want enough dirt on top of it so it doesn't also get yoinked out with the flag without going boom, so it'll have a bit of topsoil on it to keep it tucked way.
