I'm still amazed at the amount of hate a literal child inspired by asking all the adults around her to simply not be fucking terrible and not to fuck up the next generations environment. Also the amount of SA and other associated jokes about her by people is fuckin' disgusting and darkly comical/projectionist given all the grooming shit nowadays.

Feel good messaging with no substance and no inconveniences. Just like Anthony Fauci. :liberalism:

PMC civil service bureaucrats, which you would hope would translate into 1) not wanting to deconstruct the state and 2) prizing those roles in society enough to not send their kids to McKinsey, but alas

I prefer those who abet mass death rather than those that attempt to prevent mass death :maybe-later-honey:

Your comment depressed me because if you actually said it, you'd have to spend 5 minutes explaining you don't think the vaccine is a conspiracy

I don't have it in me to feel anything about a person I have nothing but contempt for idolizing ineffective lib A over ineffective lib B

iirc Greta's said some socialisty stuff lately, but she really hasn't been relevant since before the pandemic either way.

Plenty of ineffective libs say socialist things. Just look at this site But words are easy, it's actions that count.

Greta is pretty young. There is plenty of time to radicalize which seems like a possible trajectory for her. I certainly wouldnt idolize Greta buuut as far as libs go she certainly isnt the worst.

I mean Greta was a child who had a lot of photo-ops with politicians who directly give her lip-service and proceed to do actual nothing.

Her destiny as an adult is to either become non-profit NGO turbolib (something like executive director of sustainability for the Bill Gates foundation), or to become very left-wing in response to being functionally ignored and used for greenwashing propaganda.

Greta's got a way lower death count and I don't think did harm to the world.
