The context was that he shared someone’s nudes with his friends and they started bullying her over it, so she posted his dickpic on his main twitter after he gave her the password.

There are zoomers who weren't even born yet when a lot of those were posted, esp since that's an archive, and his reddit account goes back to at least 2011 (though I bet he had one before that considering the username).
