Rail Baron Biden
Pete:We can't do anything to improve the situation:sadness:
Biden admin:We can protect Northern Southern from lawsuits:twisted:
:biden-point: If you can be found at fault for disregarding rail worker safety concerns, I can be found at fault for breaking the strike about rail worker safety concerns.
So uh we're gonna do, you know, the thing :biden-forgor:
But at least that Mango Mussolini isn't in office, am I right, fellow democrats? :maybe-later-honey:
The Right's hatred for Unions, save the Police ones, outweighs their willingness to support them in bad faith.
If corporations win this some state like South Carolina or Oklahoma will make it basically impossible to sue corporations in their state. Every corporation will (on paper only) have their HQ to that state and then insist any lawsuit against them be brought to trial there.
That basically already exists, and it's Delaware (also President Scab's home state lol). Seriously, just look at how many companies are """headquartered""" here
I think it works that if they get sued it goes to an arbitration court instead of an actual, normal court proceeding by default
Chancery court, which doesn't actually have to abide by the letter of the law. https://coastalnetwork.com/chancery-court-corruption-called-out-in-new-york-daily-news-editorial-by-transperfect-ceo-phil-shawe/
sure would be a shame if the only redress for grievances was thermite
Literally the first major uses of the civil rights amendments after the Civil War were for big business and corporate personhood.
Oh no, victims of giant corporations might get a tiny advantage? This must be stopped at all costs!
President Scab is too dumb to even make money off of being a corporate lap dog. He does it for love of the game.
is there a lib acceptable source because I have like 10 reddit shitheads I wanna spam with this
This is David Sirota's site, he's Bernie speechwriter. It's totally lib friendly.
There are a lot of online libs that hate him and think that he only criticizes the Democrats because Bernie lost.
A small group of terminally online libs hate him but I think most people would see him as legitimate.
My favorite thing about Biden is that he does whatever the worst people in the world tell him like any good lap dog, but after like fifty years in government making the world worse he's still, by American standards, poor. He's worth a few million now but that all came from books and speaking gigs after he left office in '16. Like he famously couldn't pay for his son's cancer treatment after decades in office and had to get loans, including from Obama. He's just like a dog that's loyal to the master that beats him despite being fed the most meager scraps. Just a pathetic human being.
