Phil and Lil Deville both went missing due to unknown sercomstances on an undisclosed date in Fall 2001. Filming for the hit show Rugrats, the famous childrens series that created the two twins fame, ceased until new actors could be put in place. In a 2013 interview with the late New York Times author Werner Lipschitz, Tom Pickles, now 22 year old former actor of the now cancelled Rugrats stated: "last I heard from the studio, they [Phil and Lil] died in a terrorist attack. It was- We [the crew] just stood there in silence for about 30 minutes. I have some papers they gave Stu [Stu Pickles; father] in the attic back at home with all the details in it. I'll see if I can publish them, but my legal team in pretty stingy. Haha."
Before any documents were published, Tommy would go missing on March 8th, 2014. None of the three's bodies have ever been recovered, and they are all presumed to be deceased.
It's such a strange comment. Stuff like "undisclosed date" and "presumed to be deceased" wasn't created willy-nilly. But where did stuff like "sercomstances" and "none of the three's bodies" come from? I think the poster copied various things from something like a reddit thread, mashed that stuff up, and added their own sloppy text too.
The "i did this" is them trying and failing to explain that.

I don't understand the last line, it reads to me like they are confessing to killing them
