    Something to understand. At least a portion of that was just reddit liberals who agreed with some of what we said or enjoyed highly upvoted Bernie posts but who would never move to another website and resented most of our content anyways but wouldn't see it as they just had us as another subscription on their home feed. I would bet at least half the subscriber numbers were people like that.

    Admittedly we had 3-5k people online and browsing the sub at any given hour of the day and that's pretty impressive so probably still looking at several tens of thousands of people who could be willing to be users.

      Yeah, remember when online communities are deplatformed, a substantial percent of people don't move onto other platforms. It's why deplatforming subreddits generally works, but in this case it's turned against us.
