I mean china could make cuba fully solar over 5 years for poggers points, without significantly influencing their own solar installations. Or they could watch them having brown outs and usa interference

I mean, there's no doubt that the US will try to ratfuck every shipment China sends, then do every dirty trick in the book to demolish whatever they build.

Which is why they should be small residential panels, enough to run fridges/microwaves/lights, can’t fuck with million installations, and solar kinda matches human energy consumption, needs only small storage to run lights, fridges can do fine without 10 hours of electricity

I cannot believe China could just give people aids like that. What other depravity will the CCP stoop to in order to push their agenda?!

It also said six electric buses will be delivered to Costa Rica to facilitate the nation's endeavor on a green, low-carbon transition in its transportation sector.

    ok but only six? lol

Yea seems like a tiny amount. Hopefully more in the future. Maybe it's just a pilot project to try the buses out. I'd guess they wouldn't just wanna swap out their whole fleet without knowing whether the electrical infrastructure can handle it and they can actually reliably source parts for repairs. + buses are in high demand in china as well I'm sure.
