Someone should make a book like this, and it explores what happens when the good cop tries to report a violation to internal affairs
"...and then he shot himself 15 times in the head, the end."
So much kid's media is so vague about what cops do. It's always something like "I'm here when you need help" like I saw in a recent Sesame Street episode that was about vehicles.
I can't imagine it takes long for kids to see through it. Especially with stuff like Uvalde happening
My kids were given a fisher price police car and it pushes the copaganda so hard.
None of our firetrucks make a sound because their justification is self evident
40% of cops are domestic abusers.

written by someone married to a cop sublimating their dream of not having a terrible home life by lying to the next generation about it
What would it take to become a leftist children's book writer? "All Cats Are Beautiful"

As long as the target audience is under 5 and the narrative uses the 500 most basic words in the language, you can sneak in a lot of lefty narratives without the publisher noticing. Reactionary parents on the other hand will not miss the opportunity to hold a book burning.
I love how they didn't draw a cutesy cartoon cop cat. Nope. Gotta go with a realistic one complete with ram bar and the cage in the back.
Edit: lmao I wrote cop cat instead of cop car
Had to scroll all the way down to finally find someone saying this
