Thats about right. She wasn't great for much outside of women's rights (what little America has), so we will take a step back there.

I think Roberts cares too much about the credibility of the court to support fully overturning Roe v. Wade but he’d have to drag another right wing judge with him.
If they fully overturn Roe v. Wade then they can’t fundraise or campaign on it so they’ll probably just make it so weak that it is essentially overturned. Conservative states will ban abortion in all but name and the rich republicans will just send their mistresses on “shopping trips” to New York.
You do realize the reason reproductive rights is under attack in the us has nothing to do with the Supreme Court right? It has to do with a religious populace. It would be exactly the same with a parliamentary system. Except the rights would be gone sooner or never implemented.

The majority of the population doesn’t want all abortions to be illegal. It’s just that anti-choice people are well organized. We’d probably wind up with a national ban after 20 weeks except to protect the life of the mother because that’s about where the populace is. Or leaving it up to federalism it would just be banned completely in the more religious states.
Yes. So blaming it on the Supreme Court is dumb. The only reason abortion even survived this long is because of the courts. In a parliamentary system it would’ve been gone after the first conservative supermajority.
