It's cool to note that fruit juice is actually bad for you and not much better than just drinking calories in some other way. That is because fructose is metabolized in the liver like it's alcohol. The reason fruits are good for you is because they have fiber in them, and a diet with adequate amounts of fiber help create a layer of it in your digestive system which prevents the total sugary shock that the fruit would give you otherwise.
The thing about chuds is their absurd contrarianism led them to adopt the ancient mongol elite diet of meat only, a magical time when diarrhea was seen as a manly trait. Not even the average keto person avoids veggies. They conveniently forget that 'our ancestors' were hunters and gatherers, probably because liberals=vegans in their mind.
Maybe try a smoothie instead. The big issue with juice isn't that it's a liquid but that it's a concentration of fruit sugars isolated from the fibers that we would naturally consume with them, so just blending up those fruits in a smoothie gets you the vitamins you want in delicious drink form.
Keto doesn't permit fruit juice because of all the sugar.
Heck, keto doesn't permit most fruits because of the sugar. It ends ketosis. There are only a certain few fruits you can eat, and zero carbs of any kind (since those turn to sugar once digested) and only vegetables that grow above the ground. Since the ones that grow underground are full of starch and carbs, like potatoes. And you can eat meat. You can have all the sausage and eggs you want.
I can't even imagine a vegan keto diet. You'd eat the same four foods all day every day.

I've done it and it's not bad. It would have been harder if I didn't love avocados and I actually developed an addiction to pumpkin seeds as a result. But really it was pretty easy, there are plenty of delicious foods that work and there are tons of recipes online that can be consulted if you're looking for more variety.
To be clear, the vegan part for me is continuous (and veganism is a lot more than just what you eat) but a keto diet should really only be temporary or done in intervals.

That's why I said keto people don't avoid veggies. Because you need the fiber and fiber is good for you.
You also can't eat sausage in keto, or in general. Those things aren't pure meat.
