How many more died because of Biden's handling of the pandemic (which hasn't ended) and how many more are immunocompromised/disabled/feel like shit all the time?

The post is ~1h old and it has 377 likes. For Bluesky - that means it's a popular post. People in that thread (including me) are pointing out more deaths happened under Biden but we're getting zero likes.

Ninja edit: 386 likes - it's picking up speed!

will not torture myself with bsky it is architected to make it impossible to have an actual quoted conversation, you're just supposed to link shit

I'm not super experienced with twitter but I found bsky has even less support for quoting (> looks terrible for example) and the way you can only embed one link feels really restrictive to me; also I forget the specific mechanics but blocking is more powerful and can prevent your replies from being seen by their audience (which to me kind of invalidates the "play to the audience" value of debate perverting at all)

After Biden got elected they all started dying of "it's their own fault"

Wait I know this is rhetorical, but does anybody actually have a number on this? From excess deaths or whatever.

Don't you ever just get that unshakeable urge to go out and cofound something?

Getting a bunch of friends together to pad our resumes with vast nothingnesses.

These people probably make fun of North Korean generals for having thirty pounds of medals pinned to their uniforms.

Personally I'd take the medals over a twitter bio.

this is like asking why 9/11 isn't a central issue in the 2012 election like brother we had our referendum on that last time, it's happened, shit keeps going, the world keeps turning

I’m not talking about COVID, I’m talking specifically about Trump bungling the beginning of COVID. It’s why I used 9/11 in the analogy, the War on Terror (its fallout) is still happening, especially at the time I referenced, but any talking points you can mine out of the event itself are entirely stale. like yeah, we get it, it happened. We live right now. The fallout is still happening. What the fuck have you done to correct for it, Joe? Literally just this not-listening

Not a good fit for electoralism. Killing millions of people and maiming millions more is bipartisan
