    I can't remember if there was pain when I started puberty with mine.. was too long ago at this point lol

    But I've had some pain with more growth since HRT, like I think I've went up 2 cup sizes since, could be more thonk

      It wasn't there immediately when I started second puberty but right before my breasts started budding they got very sensitive to impact.

        Mine budded when young so I can't really remember but long term on hrt I get the odd bit of pain here or there but was more frequent starting hrt
