I haven't smoked a cigarette since 2018 but holy shit do I still crave them when I'm stressed. Camel's Turkish Royals were my personality trait. Please shame me.

Craving a cigarette from time to time is totally normal, picking it up again is what makes you a loser. You can't just quit smoking only to pick it up again 🤣 🤣 🤣 j-just why would you even quit in the first place ?? IF you like it so much, just keep smoking LMAO

It has been 2 years, you're brain is absolutely free of any chemical pressure to do so, yet you still want one ? If you can't even resist in this setting, your baby brain is gonna crumble after the first nicotine rush, from then on it's all gas no brakes,

Or maybe you don't remember what it felt like to stop. What was it like for you ? Was it the headhaches, the chest pain, the diarrhea, the withdrawal ? Didn't you feel miserable and weak ? Do you really what to go back to .. that ? you're plain weird. Or maybe you were lucky to not experience any of that, but don't worry, you're gonna get some of these symptoms in the first weeks of smoking again 😍

Smokers are very smelly, have terrible breath, and even their place smell like shit. Is this all part of your personality as well ? 🤢

Have you tried quitting smoking for the second time ? I don't think you can imagine how pathetic you're gonna feel, because you know you're gonna start it all over eventually 😂 "Damn, TransComrade69, you're trying to quit again ? Nice, good luck ! I hope it works out this time"

Quitting is an achievement to be proud of, don't ruin that

Honestly stop making such a big deal about it. Smoking isn't going to take away that feeling of stress, you're romanticising smoking because you've trained yourself to, it doesn't help at all.

Seriously smoking thousands of nasty ass chemicals that age the shit of you just to get a teeeny peice of nicotine? Dumb (and I was a dumbass for years)

Cigarettes weaken your lungs when you'll need them

    Harden yourself to decadence

If you do, all those cartoon characters who told you to just say no are gonna beat you up, and be disappointed in you while they do it.

Fuck smokes. I've been off for years as well and still literally dream of smoking sometimes. The cravings are hard, but our resolve is harder.

    Stay strong comrade.

Don’t do it TransComrade69! The revolution will require your lungs to be strong so you can laugh heartily in the faces of the fascists!

Two years of abstinence is nothing to be ashamed of.
That being said, Camel Turkish Royals are garbage in a tube, shame on you for even considering that as an option.

cigarettes are bad and ultimately only increase anxiety and stress

plus, if you have a ciggy, i'm probably gonna break and have one too, which is bad

Hey man, don't smoke it. I still get cravings like crazy too and I stopped smoking cigarettes 10 years ago. Instead of shaming yourself for feeling the cravings, remind yourself how shitty you're gonna feel after smoking just one. I always ended up feeling way worse if I broke down and bought a pack than if I didn't.

I switched to Cuban cigars. I have like one a week. It's a nice moment to live towards. Makes it easier to not smoke cigarettes all day.
