        CNT-FAI were outfitted with 7tps and the TK (Series) tanks which were Polish tanks based off British design

        The other tanks they used were sent by the Soviet Union (lol) and I think it was 731 tanks the USSR sent

        They weren't produced in Spain

          The picture is of an improvised armoured car, I don’t know if the car is made in Spain but the armour and guns where attached by the CNT-FAI. They also constructed armoured cars under Soviet direction with soviet plans in Valencia, the UNL-35, and the AAC-1937 (sometimes known as the Chevrolet 6×4). So not exactly tanks but they did make armoured vehicles.
