Shortly after October 7, Starbucks Workers United, the union that represents more than 10,000 of the chain’s employees, expressed solidarity for Palestine on its X account in a since-deleted tweet. The union’s post read “Solidarity with Palestine!” and quote-tweeted an image of a bulldozer breaking through the fence encircling Gaza. Starbucks retaliated, suing the union for damaging its reputation and misleading consumers to think the company itself supports Palestine.

You might mislead our customers into thinking we have a moral backbone! It's not true!!

idk, the biggest reason I don't go to either of those places is that the prices are too high and the quality sucks. Maybe work on either of those?

I haven't really drank coffee in almost a decade but I did remember Starbucks light roast (only) and McDs having the best coffees of any fast food places tbh

Imma be honest I haven’t been boycotting those two because of Palestine, I’ve been boycotting those two because their prices have exploded and the food/coffee suck ass

Boycotting McDonalds is very easy and fulfilling. Their low-quality "food" tastes like shit anyway. It feels much better to spend money at better-tasting, locally-owned restaurants too.
