        used to work somewhere we made a vegan feta out of sunflower seeds that was pretty good. needed a very high-powered blender to do it though, otherwise it was really grainy

            can't say i remember the rest of the ingredients, nor can i find any recipe like it online as all of them seem to mention tofu (which definitely was not an ingredient), so i'm not gonna be much help i'm afraid. a lot of the others do look good though
