It's a rough one obviously. There's very little reason to expose yourself to more than you can handle if that will hinder your efforts to help the Palestinian cause. Although I think OP has already solved this problem by providing a content warning at the top of the post (could be more specific perhaps) — if you know you're already at your limit, then simply move on. Often scrolling social media can be a pretty overwhelming experience, so coming across a content warning is a good opportunity to take a mindful moment to see how you're doing right now.

I'm sorry, not watching the videos isn't the same as ignoring the problem. I don't need to see videos of ISIS beheadings to know that ISIS is bad. I don't need to see videos of SA to know that those actions are atrocious. And I don't need to see videos of dead Gazan children to be in support of Gaza. @miz@lemmygrad.ml is right to have a content warning on it. Perhaps it should also be spoilertagged honestly.
Besides, there are people who have watched the videos who have then changed their mind on the conflict and supported Palestine, but there are others for whom it's done nothing. There is nothing inherently virtuous about watching videos of atrocities if you're already on the side of Palestine. If doing so moves you to irl action and taking part in BDS and such, then fine. If you're already doing that stuff or it just makes you miserable without propelling action, then just avoid the videos. It's not one's "duty" to witness it.
Normal people shouldn't watch these videos, that kind of thing is bad for your mental health, but the sick fucks who support the genocide should be forced to watch them Clockwork Orange-style until they truly realise what they're doing.
