Democrats are just the Republicans that haven’t hopped on the latest trend yet.
In ten years democrats will be arguing with republicans to not put minorities back in chattel slavery because “can’t we just focus on ethics in gaming journalism? I just want to play video games!”
Caitlin Johnstone’s take is that they are there to ensure that “good men do nothing” by being the foil to the republicans.
The Blue No Matter Who nonsense has though the democrat faction that they can be just as nasty as republicans, their little vote piggies are going to show up for them anyways.
Democrats could bring back literal slavery and

I think we're going to find out in the next decade that COVID cooks everyone's brains to a similar degree as lifetime lead exposure, and the Dems suddenly getting strikingly more violent in their rhetoric and policies will be one of the things you'll be able to point to as a direct result, along with increasing traffic fatalities and overall violence.
Why though? Their voters aren't in favor of the death penalty, are they? Is this
pure ideology?
