Oh dear god, white out? You can mix like 1/6th fabric paint with cheap acrylic paint and have it still work as fabric paint, but I highly suggest you learn to screenprint. It's easy as hell, I dunno if there's a DIY spot in your town or a punk venue or at least a punk with one themselves, but there almost always is. It ups the cool factor so much and it holds well.
It means you can make your own shirts and stuff with more complicated graphics too

My Phillipines co-workers were hyped I used a garbage bag as a raincoat cause that's the style back home and I examined it's because no one was made waterproof clothing that looks cooler than a trash bag
