As a centrist I believe in finding a middle ground, so instead of using either hand I just I just impotently brush up against whatever I'm trying to interact with with the middle of my chest. I - of course - spin vertically.

I spin clockwise and am right handed. I miss these chairs and had to really struggle not to spin too much last year during jury duty. Did get some good spins in during lunch.

extremely right handed to the point that I have to think about using my left if that makes any sense. I don't know that I have a preference on chairs, but I do like trying to get the wheels to move without moving the seat. I put my feet on either side of the leg and move the leg instead of the seat

I'm right handed but I spin the office chair both directions. This is necessary because I have to spin to the right to turn to my weed machine and then back to my left to turn to my computers (work and personal).
