The "I wouldn't wish Covid on my worst enemies" libs are one thing. Stupid, embarrassing, but it is an understandable position which is heavily baked into the zeitgeist. The "I hope he doesn't die because he's going to jail" libs on the other hand are fucking dangerously oblivious to the reality of the world we live in. They'd sacrifice the certain demise of their worst enemy for a hypothetical resolution with no historical precedent.
