If I worked at a movie theater you better believe I'm not stopping you for any reason. I swear I'd be too fuckin powerful.

Hey why'd you let that guy smuggle in snacks?

    Look at my paycheck

Why didn't you clean that toilet?

    Look at my paycheck

If you don't shape up you're gonna get fired

    Oh nooooo

This just makes me want to boldly walk in with an entire pizza or a picnic basket. At what point do the fucks return and can I get an employee to collaborate with getting me past any overzealous capital-pilled managers?

I used to be a ticket taker guy at a theater. like federal minimum wage plus $1, maybe.

I never once said shit to anybody bringing shit in. the concession prices are bullshit and the selection sucks. sometimes people would sort of ask "is this ok?" and I would just shrug and wave them through.

people who confidently brought in totally wack shit without trying to even do any smuggling were my favorite. like a big fast food bag or Chinese takeout. the best was some guy brought in a whole rotisserie chicken to watch one of the Star wars prequels. I always gave them big smiles and made sure to tell them to "enjoy the movie" sincerely.

Doritos are worst chips i ever tried so if that dude wouldn't be obnoxious i probably would, to save him and his taste buds. On the other hand they aren't popular in Poland so there would be a good chance there's something better there, in which case bon apetit.
