Hate to break it to you, Musk, but the public sector had space suits... In the fucking 50s...

    That's 70 years ago

But these ones look more bazinga and have a lot less safety features!

Projection. They assume that everyone else obsesses about pronouns as much as they do.

How an actual pronoun interaction goes: "you go by she/her?" "Yeah, or they/them." "Okay cool."

        Time spent: 5.2 seconds

I think chuds work themselves tired about pronouns because it's that unbearable for them to hear a preference, accept it, and just use it.

while you studied the pronouns, I mastered the bazinga

How do those suits handle? It would be impressive if the engineers at SpaceX managed to make a comfortable, maneuverable suit that works for a while and is that slim.

If they're like most Le Epic X In Logo products, probably style over substance and primarily intended to look futuristic over being practical and safe. I don't know for certain, but chances are that stripping away all the failsafes and fallback protections of old NASA spacesuits may be costly someday.

I'd rather not have the clownfoolery executive meddling and hubris-laden decisions that made the ZYBERTRUKKK what it is happen anywhere near a life-or-death system such as a spacesuit. If I was in charge of hanging out government contracts, I'd look elsewhere no matter how snazzy the external appearance.

This reminds me of some fash saying "this is why you queers will lose, because you're all too busy painting your nails."

And it's like, bro, how much time do you think that takes? blocky-wat

Please remind me, who funds E-L-O-N-S "private" endeavors again?

Shuttles that leak piss. Cars that don't work in the cold and catch on hard to extinguish fire. A Truck that crashes on its own and cuts your fingers off. Destroying Twitter.

I was more going for that he's receiving billions from the US government and has contracts with various government agencies, while calling it "private sector". But this works too.

On the lighter side of the Drej Tank, while bazinga billionaires were busy jerking themselves off doing shit that was done with a tiny sliver of the computing power half a century ago, the Drej mothership breached the Global Defense System. Congratulations!

      As always, no.

His underpaid, overworked, and undercredited workers did something, even if that something's a repeat of the 1950s, now with more bazinga and more profits.

At least NASA isn't busy with blue hair! That'd especially be very unproductive of them!
