For me it's social suicide in my peer group to go against the forced whistling-in-the-dark optimism for blue-MAGA and the "socialism is when the government does things" utter political illiteracy.
You can also all hate me because I'm not ML - just aligned with the critique of the current and glad to be find a place I can get that perspective away from the absurdity of mainstream 'analysis'. There's a cavernous gulf between where we are and anywhere I might start thinking "these ML policies are going too far".
