There's nothing really new about 100 gecs, it's just one of the biggest to go mainstream.
I liked them with the caveat that I insist that it had to be an avant-garde art project. One of the band members was listed on Wikipedia with "smoke machine" where the others had "guitar" or "vocals" or whatever, so it has to be a bit.

Good advice I'm infrequent about exercise really I'll go for a month or two then fall out of it. When I did compound weight lifts I definitely noticed a decrease in pain. Doing more full lotus, horse stance and plough pose but deadlifts are great. Thanks

nice, just checked, mine was "xtreme comforts" on amazon. it rules. came with enough filling to almost make a second pillow.
I own the same pillow. You gotta fluff it pretty hard from time to time or the foam gets weird.
mypillow is a useless product (had one that was so bad we returned it for being defective then got another that was the same exact thing) but i've been really happy with a costco memory foam pillow and this thing too

When I was a kid I did meet someone who was a reporter who did meet him personally. Too bad I was way too young to have any meaningful conversation with him (the reporter not Lenin ofc).
