Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent and very good journalist reporting in the warzone on the separatists' side.

I think the long game is to bunker bust every square inch and start settling. Of course, the settlements will just be for "regional security", at least in the beginning.

I remember hearing in the beginning of Israel's bombing that Israel's strategy is actually not even to fully demolish a building but rather to partially/mostly destroy it. This is because then Gaza has to pay to fully tear down the building before building it back up. Whereas if they fully demolished it, it'd only be the buildup cost for them.

There's plenty of room to live in "Israel", perhaps more if the colonists leave.
Something that's been mentioned a few times: bombed out buildings are toxic. Asbestos and many other toxic materials are released in to the air and soil when buildings are bombed and burned. At this point no matter what happens the land will be dangerous for decades after. Urban warfare usually results in a long lasting spike in cancers and birth abnormalities.
