Anyone that calls for this should be publicly castrated

I don't know a single guy that got a false accusation. The barriers are high enough to accuse, no one wants to risk event making a valid accusation.
I'm just assuming that guys who make this sort of assertion just normally do borderline or worse shit and are worried about a real accusation.
Seriously I've had misunderstandings and done dumb shit and have never been accused of sexual assault. I've seen women and girls put up with a lot of shit and never taken anything to court. This is all anecdotal, yet it's led me to believe anyone who complains about "false allegations" is just telling on themselves and has likely committed crimes but gotten away with them.
I'm sure it does happen but I seriously doubt it happens enough to warrant this kind of recourse.
I don't buy that false accusations ruin the man's life either because real accusations don't even ruin the man's life, as evidenced by the amount of supporters that Johnny Depp, Marilyn Manson, Michael Jackson, and others still have.
Tbf, those are famous people. In the rare occasions where someone not famous is falsely accused of sexual assault (especially towards minors) it might very well ruin his life - but the chilling effect of a false accusation registry would harm far more people who wouldn’t come forward anymore if they were victimised.
I know two. Almost every woman I know got sexually assaulted in some way. Not that that in any way invalidates what happened to my two friends, I also think it's completely terrible what they experienced and I wish there was some way to avoid it while also making it so all my girlfriends don't have to deal with that shit.
What I find much worse is the amount of men I know that have been sexually assaulted and not taken seriously. How many stories I hear of women sexually assaulting men and laughing it off because they don't perceive it as SA. I can think of at least three male friends that have experienced straight up attemptedSA
r*pe
and the person who did it remained a part of the friend group. Meanwhile the same friend group immediately kicked a man to the curb for taking advantage of a woman who was much drunker than he (as they should, I don't talk to him either, the dude fucking sucks).
From my personal social circle anecdotes I think that woman are much much much more vulnerable than men and experience far more heinous stuff, but the true rate of assault on men isn't known at all, because we as a society are conditioned not to think it is possible for the same reasons we as a society do horrible stuff to women. I just wish my leftist friends would care to look critically at themselves and what they are accepting and ignoring, like they can do to society at large.
edit: I think we have a tendency to not accept the valid frustrations that at times lie behind shitty chuds ideology. Men are facing struggles that women do not. This argument often gets brought up to invalidate the struggles women face, which in turn often leads to a reaction of dismissing the struggles men face as being inconsequential. This isn't just something happening casually but almost at an academic level - In this 1.5 hour video FD Signifier at one point talks about white men being understudied in sociology by way of being "the norm" I'm not gonna look for the timestamp and you shouldn't either, I just... I dunno I felt like I needed something to point to. It's not important.
Anyway when those struggles do not get picked up by serious people, they float around and sometimes dumbasses step in them. They look at these things they found floating in a morass, now slightly dirty or unintelligible and like the dumbasses they are, they believe they see the whole and they pour their empty holes into it creating a meaning that is often something like "wamen bad". Then they spread it around and because people like us dismiss the entire struggle, the dumbasses will always find a new variant of the thing they can wave around.
Speaking less in lib metaphors this would mean understanding the systemic issues that cause men to face the struggles they face and treating them with the same seriousness we treat the issues women face. Also not mocking men for reacting negatively to things we know are shitty.Another example I can point to, just for hexbear is this old thread wherein we see a lot of users dismissing the male view on the situation as being invalid for different reasons
I have added it as a comment because I have once before had something removed for "metaposting" while not doing that. Or at least not trying to. Or at least as I understand it metaposting is like relitigating strugglesessions. Seems like it varies.
I know one (teacher at my school was accused, got immediately thrown out because other students were witnesses and backed the teacher), but I know literally hundreds of unprosecuted SA against women and dozens against men I know (both gay and straight)
I know precisely one; but almost every woman I've ever known has been assaulted. Hell, even I've been assaulted before, and that was back when I still thought of myself as masc; so it takes a very, very high bar for me to believe that a given allegation is false.
I wonder if their tune would change if they ever experienced a crime and then tried to have law enforcement do anything about it.
Hahaha....no. They turn it around as "We live under a matriarchy! The cops didn't believe my car got stolen because feminists and wokeism!"
Even if you have hard evidence they'll often refuse to do anything.
One of my relatives had her car stolen and the cops told her they would almost certainly not find it until it was abandoned (not sure why it's so hard to keep an eye out for "model X in color Y with no tags and/or 123ABC tags") and when it was abandoned and they brought it back it was full of personal effects (skateboarding stuff and clothes mostly) including a bunch of court documents, with names on them, for the same dude.
When she told the cops about this and pointed to his public facebook profile which was mostly about skateboarding, they told her that all of that stuff could have been stolen too so it was impossible to investigate based on the effects left in the car.
American cops don't solve crimes they just protect rich people's property and shoot innocent people.
This is already generally illegal right? Tf kind of persecution complex are they on to think they need a damn registry
It's about shutting feeeeemale voices down. Very plain and simple, "I'm on this side and the feeeeemales on the other and we have to fight them to protect our own" thinking.
Beyond the whole 'not believing accusations' angle the original post has let's also take into account that words have meaning and in the legal field those meanings are ironclad for a reason. A registry is not the same thing as on their criminal record you fucking chud dingbats.
Imagine I am a burglar. And there is an online registry I can access of people who repeatedly called the cops because of noises at night that turned out to be nothing. It's just a list of houses I can burgle!
Public castration is mandatory if you propose we make this Rolodex From Hell.
I somehow continue to be baffled by how much Elon's hellhole can put out such god-awful takes.
Perhaps instead there should be aremoved Accusation Registry wherein the accusations are private until enough to prosecute successfully are made at which point prosecution begins.
Fuckers hate the government improving healthcare education on their tax dollars but love when its used to do terrible things. They'll put this up forremoved victims but God forbid the police be in anyway held accountable. I deeply hate these people I don't wanna end up fed posting
This is the cops fault. As they never properly investigate the crime a world where it happened and a world where it didn't look about the same. So once again it is just men whining about the patriarchy
Undoubtedly. MRAs would be out here making regalia specifically to midnight ride about it; and yes, I chose those words on purpose.
Sure, that's horrible, but this is a public shaming list that would lead to women being murdered en mass. There's a difference between not having enough evidence to convict and accusations being false, but this system would surely not be able to account for it, and further only serves to endanger women, period. This is a disastrous idea.
