I have multiple cis women friends who look pretty much exactly like this because they work out on the regular. One of them took up weightlifting as a hobby a few years ago and she's both thin and also extremely ripped. She doesn't weightlift a ridiculous amount, she's not a powerlifter or anything, she just does a normal amount twice a day and does it properly because she enjoys it as a workout. Literally just go outside and see the wide variety of body types and people that exist. It just requires you to go outside and look at people rather than go outside and stare at the ground and try to avoid human connection. It's that easy.

Months were going by with no improvement. My creation of this comm was a good faith attempt to fix the problem. Our hope really is that you block the comm for your own mental health, as it's all gonna be low tier stuff.
