Every Chinese person is a spy for the CCP until proven otherwise.
Case in point right here. A reporter for a Chinese news agency is attending a press conference in Australia, and a local film crew focuses their camera on the woman for several minutes. Eventually, she becomes creeped out and approaches the cameraman saying "please don't" and then walks away. Everyone accuses her of being a spy and it becomes a news story. I shit you not.
Yeah, someone who was actually spying wouldn't run up to the camera and try to cover it. They'd just ignore it and not make a scene. Her reaction was that of someone who felt uncomfortable because they were dealing with racist Aussies.
Some people would pretty much comment this on reddit. Even worse, I'm pretty sure some would pity the fact he wasn't actually chinese, that'd be a fucking reddit moment in my books.
It's not "just the government", sadly. 45% of Americans are part of a fucking death cult, and would fucking collectively cum if their beloved boys in blue started firing into crowds of protesters. And then, you add to that a bunch of liberals and centrists who oppose the first group with twitter clapbacks. What remains is mostly good, but holy shit, the US' population is easily like 70% shit. America (the ideas associated with it) has to die so that this 30% can finally be free; as well as the entire continents which lie under their boots to this day.
"I don't hate Chinese people, just the CCP."

The comments are even more disgusting. Point a camera right at them and see how they react.

I don't know, how do you feel when foreigners say, "I don't hate Americans, just your government."

Also, the "good" part becomes indistinguishable from the rest when the government beats the war drum
