A grenade launcher is an NFA item, if you pay enough money, file enough paperwork and wait long enough you can legally own one (unless the state has laws against it, which some do). I think from memory if you want to fire explosive ammunition (rather than flares or buckshot) those also need NFA paperwork and time.

I remember on r/guns some people would show off their "4-stamp" guns meaning it had a silencer, short barrel, select fire switch and grenade launcher, all 4 things aside from their costs, requiring a 250 dollar tax stamp each and months of waiting. Basically showing off how rich they were because of the tens of thousands of dollars involved.

Or you buy one on the black market that was stolen from a military base in the USA or Mexico I guess.

It's how you know dems are full of shit when it comes to gun control. Wealthy WASPs can still get stuff like AK-47s, RPGs, Uzis, etc. as long as they have no criminal or mental health record and they have the money. Poor people, especially if they're PoC, will have trouble getting something as simple as a revolver and will be locked up if they get one illegally. That's if cops don't use it as an excuse to shoot them first.

Literal military weapons for the wealthy white people, felony charges for everyone else.

In Poland you need to be official, go to Ukraine and exchange gifts with local Azovites. There is good chance you will recieve military ordnance in return. Then the grenade launcher exploded possibly as prank.

At least chief of Polish police did that (yes explosion too).
