Wealthy WASPs can still get stuff like AK-47s, RPGs, Uzis, etc. as long as they have no criminal or mental health record and they have the money. Poor people, especially if they're PoC, will have trouble getting something as simple as a revolver and will be locked up if they get one illegally.
