    I've never used a digital voting machine or waited more than 10 minutes to vote.

    Election Day as a holiday solves nothing because most people who have trouble getting to the polls are service worker's who don't get paid holidays anyway. There's already laws in place that require your job to give you time to vote (unpaid natch)

    The point of the electoral college is to prevent the popular masses from picking the President. The men who wrote the Constitution made it specifically to put a check on the masses. "Checks and Balances" means "make sure that there's a check on popular rule so that the poor masses can't harm the wealthly elite", and it always has. Much like abolishing the Senate, getting rid of the electoral college is one of those things that implies tearing down the entire system.

        I haven't. I have seen these news stories of black voters waiting in line every year though. People need to realize that liberals simply trot these poor people out as props/doom porn every year, and have no incentive to fix anything because then they lose their propaganda.
