- joint
- youtube
- back/side/hair tickles from bf
- lavender incense
- instant ramen for days
- plush toys
- green tea for days
- hot water bottle sometimes
- specifically blue slush (shaved ice for you psychopaths)

And then a hot bath or shower if the headaches happens. Oh and cover all the mirrors in the house.
But like mine have been so irregular the last couple of months and I don't bleed so it's so hard to know if I'm finally going insane or whoops just my period I'm fine 🙃

If you can get your hands on some Rick Simpson Oil (RSO), it'll probably help a lot more than smoking or edibles. Hard to find if you're not in a legal country/state, but very worth it if you can.
