Brown people are not human
I'm getting flashbacks to that interview with I think Owen Jones(?) after Theresa May had to fuck off, and the other reporters are whining at him "where's your humanity" while he's literally expressing sympathy for all the people she hurt. But he did it wrong because it was for the wrong people, you see?
I can also tie this to an observation I've had about the way people hand-wring about the Romanovs being killed by the Bolsheviks. Tons of people died throughout that conflict, many of them quite young like the precious Romanov family's kids, but those many were just peasants. The real tragedy is not in all the dead and nameless nobodies, but these fucking main characters getting killed.
It's a moment of distilled class warfare, and everyone's reaction makes it so stark which side they're on.
Yeah, the Romanov children always irked me for that reason. Was it uncool to kill children? Yes. Nobody should be killed because their shitty dad did something shitty. Puyi is the proof that people can be rehabilitated.
But to try to drag the Bolsheviks or socialism at large because the Romanov children got killed while ignoring everything the white terror did, or the decades and centuries of oppression, pogroms, legions of peasants dying so lines on a map could shift around... it's an incomplete moral outrage at best. At worst it's as you say, people being upset because the main characters got killed.
If you don't want to be called a demon, don't do demonic things.
He's responsible for more deaths than any serial killer. After World War 2 we hanged people with similar death tolls using a drunk who lied about having experience, specifically so that he'd hurt them more as they died.
The bourgeoisie media is drawing a clear line in the sand with this one and circling their wagons around one of their own. It's class warfare, baby.
It's good to draw lines in the sand, helps people see which side they're on. I hope this becomes a formative moment of class consciousness for as many people as possible.
Unfortunately I feel like it’s going to take much more than this (like it happening repeatedly). People will be on to the next big event in no time like always
This has to be the most extreme disconnect I’ve seen between the way the the corporate media is covering something and the sentiment of the general public on the matter
I hope it finally makes people aware of the class divide in the media. And that they don't have our interest in heart.
They aren’t saying what we think. They’re telling us what to think.
Wow. I wonder how many fathers, mothers, and children he has fucked over just because its his job to extract as much profit from making it impossible for people to access the healthcare they need? But sure, I shed some tears for some fuck face just because he had his own wife and children
The thing I can't get past is that this guy yearned to be the head of a company that extorts people as a business model. He isn't just some poor schmuck who works for an evil company, he is the head of the evil company and its the job he wanted. Brian Thompson was an evil piece of shit based solely on that fact. Him and any other millionaire sycophantic can eat my dick and balls, including Ingrid Jacques, which is the most cracker motherfucker I have ever seen.
The media is so funny. There is no way to spin this in a way where people like the CEOs. The more you talk about it the more people are gonna hate them for being evil, entitled assholes that are literally responsible for most of the shit people have to wade through in their daily lives.
So yea, please 100 more of these dumass articles, thanks! Keep'em coming, put them in every paper.
"My morals are literally just an expression of class hierarchy. Social murder is fine because it is normalized by the ruling class, but never shall the peons raise their hand against their masters!" - Libs and Lib Media
These freaks would be finger waggling people for celebrating Hitler's death, saying "He was a husband and dog owner! He was still a human being!"
Interesting that the media don’t think the people this guy killed or the people of Palestine are people.
The genocide in palestine killed any inkling of hope or mercy in my heart
Fuck you, we will not apologize for the CEO's terror
We still have humanity and are still around, their humanity on the other hand along with all the bootlickers I wonder.
There used to be an entire phenomenon of bullying where someone (usually a journalist) would tweet something and someone would reply with a "is this you?" and it was a link or screenshot of them saying something like "The case for invading Iraq even if we don't find WMDs"
Oct 7th is going to cause an entire spinoff genre of that kinda stuff. I hope their shitty zionist takes hang around their necks like an albatross.
