I’m going to be by myself (except for pup) for Christmas, and I figured there might be others out there in the same boat. I don’t have anything definite in mind besides really wanting to watch Tokyo Godfathers again and maybe something else? What times would work for you all? Just thought I’d get a discussion started so please sound off in the comments.
i'm interested!!! tokyo godfathers is such a good movie and i haven't shown it to my partner yet so that should be fun. i would be available for the time you spoke about in the thread so far, even earlier in the day would be fine for me
i personally also watch olive the other reindeer every year. it's a silly animated christmas movie about an autistic doggy who discovers she's one of santa's reindeer and undertakes a journey to the north pole to save christmas. it's more my headcanon that she's autistic but yeah
i don't know if everyone would enjoy it but i'll recommend it anyway
Yes! I've been meaning to watch more Satoshi Kon after I loved Paprika so much. I'm quite busy on christmas eve until 10pm Eastern, though.
What about Christmas Day? 10pm Eastern will be like 3 am for me lol, so earlier is better if possible.
Same, and honestly I’m thinking maybe I’ll just set up the playlist around 8 and then people can come and go? I’ll have to think of some quality films to line up. Any suggestions are appreciated
I'm not by myself for Christmas, but it is kind of just a chill at home day for us, so I might be able to show up. I'll wait and see what other times people send and then pick a time that works best out of those, I don't want to influence the time only to find out I can't watch.
