Well, in the sense that China is basically the only country to expand it's economy during covid and has successfully eradicated poverty for hundreds of millions I'd say yes. Now if Impossible burgers can do the same for the conditions of the worlds livestock (while also making a controversial profit for the company owners) would it not be somewhat comparable?
If it helps a lot of people go veg or vegan (or even just significantly reduce meat consumption) then I’d say it’s had a proportional effect to Dengism.
