    In the same way I oppose the cruel incarceration of millions of people in the US, many of them on political or manufactured pretenses (drugs for example), I oppose the incarceration of someone who is very likely to be falsely accused of a crime, regardless of if I think the crime should warrant incarceration or not.

    The question of whether execution is a valid response to social murder is a different discussion. It's relevant to Luigi's case, but it doesn't hinge on him being found guilty or not.

    I think the mods on Hexbear view it like this:

    Critical support to him in the trial, for the struggle against amerikkka medical rentierism and, of course, his likeliness innocence

    That being said, there should be some scrutiny

    No support to his political beliefs, nor the idea of adventurism, as something constructive and long-term for a mass-movement
