Isn't it beautiful, you're seeing new rules being created in real time! Repent, and receive the American gospel!

What does it mean for sanctions to be put on individuals. I get how it works for nations but for just people, I don't know

If they prepared properly (since the US has done this before..... to their predecessor. Dogshit country) then "nothing."

If they didn't prepare, which would be incredibly unwise and unlikely, then the same thing that happens to nations. Illegally (but "legally") stealing their assets and such.

One would hope that anyone who thinks they'll be getting that position would transfer their assets to countries or people or whatever they gotta do to shield their assets before taking the position. Considering they're all legally trained, being judges and prosecutors and such, I can't see this being anything more than an annoyance and petty retaliation.

Still, some court should absolutely file charges for intimidation or whatever they can against anyone in Congress voting for this and the President if it passes (they should also be pushing charges for enabling genocide but that's a separate thing to this whole gross debacle)
