        Because CNN and the rest of US media is ghoulish. I mean look at their faces.

        Calling CNN ghoulish in this context probably refers to their previous history of whitewashing of the genocide for over 400 days.

          Yes, that would be my interpretation of the subtext also. That doesn’t come close to ghoulish though. Also, it appears that Netanyahu is already doing his best to strain the terms of the agreement.

            Because it makes it seem like CNN is priming the public to only see this as temporary. It mirror's the "humanitarian pause" rhetoric the govt used around the "ceasefire" stuff. That they just want to get the hostages back and then go back to murdering Palestinians, and we as Americans are supposed to see that as a good outcome since Palestinians don't matter anyways.
