Imagine living in *California * and voting for Biden like your vote matters there - he doesn't even have the excuse of living in a swing state. Like he's ok (what other left-adjacent content is available on Twitch every day with the same volume of work?) and I respect his role in the lib-to-ML pipeline but holy shit he is so unbelievably cucked by the Dems.

Getting worked up over people voting for Biden is the same as getting worked up over people not voting imo.

But yeah, he is pretty lib sometimes

In 2016 Hasan told everyone he voted for Hillary. Then after the election admitted he actually hadn't, he just said that to try and ensure others in swing states would.

I suspect he's going to pull that again personally.

Actually didn't know this so I totally rescind this point if it turns out to be the case this year as well

One of his early streams when he first started doing Twitch full time. It's a conversation that starts with a news story about why we should let convicts vote and then he starts talking about how he told people that but that he didn't vote for Hillary and that he's never told anyone how he voted and that you don't have to tell anyone anything. Maybe I'm interpretating it wrong? I thought he made the point that he didn't vote for her but said he did to encourage turn out in swing states but maybe he was saying he probably did vote for her and he usually wouldn't tell people how he voted but he did to encourage turn out in swing states?

This website is really good at making me re examine things "I remember" and determining that I've misremembered or misunderstood because I was half watching it while reading or because my recovering drug addict brain has completely fucked it up. This isn't a criticism at all, it's actually really good because it genuinely helps me with my recovery. Half my "memory events" in my therapy workbook are from someone on here asking me to look again or find the source.

It was saved on Twitch back then, but I'm pretty sure it's on his highlights youtube channel as well.

That's even worse then. Stick with your convictions. If you don't believe in the candidate, say so. Nobody is gonna blame you for the loss of that candidate other than complete idiots.

He can do whatever the fuck he wants voting wise tbh. We aren't going to influence the election.

This is my suspicion. It's easy to say 'my individual vote doesn't matter' but when you're one of the biggest leftist voices online, that one vote could actually make some amount of difference. To some degree i believe this is true for regular people too

Hasan doesn't even have the judgment to disbelieve Adrian Zenz

If blue state people care so much about red "swing" states (they dont) they're more than welcome to move here. My vote is literally none of their business.

They'd do more than prop up someone as useless as McGrath, that's for sure.
